Deeptalent Workforce Solutions (DWS) is a trading division of Deeptalent Platform Limited. We provide practical workforce solutions for operational employers. Serving employers and workers across Banbury, Oxford, Bicester, Brackley, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Northampton, North Oxfordshire and selected surrounding areas.
Our focus is straightforward: understand the work, identify suitable people, apply the appropriate checks, communicate clearly and support dependable deployment. DWS is being built as the operational workforce arm of Deeptalent's broader human-capital vision.
What we hold ourselves to
Right to work
DWS completes the required right-to-work process before placement.
Role-specific checks
Additional work-history, reference, qualification, licence, card and assignment-specific checks are completed where relevant.
Construction
Required competence/cards, PPE, induction, H&S information and insurance must be confirmed before deployment.
Security
Workers undertaking licensable security activities must hold the correct current SIA licence for the activity. We do not claim SIA Approved Contractor status.
Agency workers
DWS provides required worker documentation and assignment information and operates processes for applicable agency-worker rights.
Health & safety
Client/site risks, controls, duties, supervision, PPE and induction requirements must be established for each assignment.
Food sector
Food-processing/packaging supply is not active at launch and will be activated only after the applicable Fair Work Agency licensing position and other controls are confirmed.
